1. The file named cover.jpg is the front and back cover. 

2. The file named 0001.jpg is the first page -- it will be on the right side of the book.

3. The files named 0203, 0405, etc. are two page "spreads" -- in other words, the two pages you will see together when the book is open -- pages 2 and 3, 4 and 5, etc. The even numbered page is always on the left, and the odd numbered page is always on the right.

4. The file named 80.jpg is page 80, the last page of the book.
